Care To Stay Home delivers compassionate, dependable in-home care and senior care services across Sacramento and Roseville, helping seniors remain safely at home as care needs evolve. Our caregiving services include personal care, companionship, dementia support, mobility assistance, and non-medical help at home following a hospital stay or illness.
We serve seniors throughout East Sacramento, Curtis Park, Land Park, and residential neighborhoods across Roseville, where families often seek in-home caregiving to support aging in place while staying close to loved ones and healthcare providers. We are close to Granite Bay, Folsom, Sun City Lincoln Hills and service the greater Sacramento area. We have established relationships with many community parters and work closely with those partners to keep our clients safe at home.
Care To Stay Home works closely with UC Davis Medical Center, Sutter Medical Center Sacramento, Kaiser Permanente Roseville, and Mercy General Hospital, along with skilled nursing facilities and home health and hospice partners. Our management team, lead by Sean Kimball, has extensive experience in running Skilled Nursing Facilities and in working with multiple Post-Acute Care providers. We specialize in safe transitions home after a post-hospital or short-term nursing stay, helping reduce readmissions and support recovery at home.
